What's up everybody It's AJ, with etrailer.com Today, we're gonna be checking out the Rhino-Rack J-Style Kayak Carrier. It's gonna be a good option to carry one kayak, but it's got a universal fit. Fits on a lot of different roof racks and it's adjustable. So, you can adjust the back cradle forward, all the way. So, let's say you remove the kayak, and you fold that down, it's out of the way, you don't have to remove it from the roof or, if you just need a little more tilt or an angle on it, you can bring it back a little bit, and adjust it to whatever boat or kayak, you're putting up there. Now, it does hold up to 99 pounds, so keep that in mind with whatever kind of kayak you wanna throw on there, before you continue watching. more

Today, we're gonna be taking a look at a very simple kayak storage solution. This is the Malone High Rise. So this is gonna be a very, very cost effective way just to get these kayaks just off of the ground of your garage. I like to clean my garage out a lot, blow it out, and then hose it out and squeezing it out. And it's just so difficult just moving everything out, and then doing all of it and then moving it back in. So I like to keep my garage floor nice and clean. more

Rhino-Rack Nautic Roof SUP or Kayak Carrier Review- Video
Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer and today we're gonna be taking a look at our Rhino Rack Nautic kayak or stand-up paddleboard carrier side loading as well as clamp on carriers here at etrailer. If you want to carry your kayak or your stand-up paddleboard, but you want something that creates a bit more of a comfortable experience for that compared to let's say your stackers or your J style carriers this might be an option for you. So this is as close to custom fit as you can get for your kayak since you have those cradles that can move back and forth to accommodate the shape of your hull. Now on the downside is you can only carry one kayak with these so if you need to carry multiple kayaks, and you need to maximize your space, this may not be the best option for you, but if you're carrying one or two kayaks, if you have the crossbar spread and you want something that can hold it nicely, securely and carefully, you might be interested in this one. So these are the clamp on side loading Rhino Rack Nautic Carriers. There's different types of Rhino Rack Nautic Carriers, there's rear loading where you load it up from the rear. more

And today we're taking a look at the Thule JawGrip, and it's gonna be a great little solution of getting your tools out of your vehicle and onto the roof of your car. So whether it be shovels or a paddle or an axe, anything like that, we can go ahead, get them out of the vehicle, start saving us a lot of space and of course, make it nice and clean on the inside for ourselves. Taking a closer look here at the product, you guys can see exactly where those are actually be sitting. So we do have two cradles, we can carry two tools with us today. And of course, once we prop- appropriately space these gout- guys out and get them in position, we can go ahead and get us a nice, stable platform for ourselves. more

This comes in two different ways, so you can get the deluxe kayak carrier, which comes with two foam blocks as well as tie-down straps, all that you need to tie down your kayak to your vehicle, or you can just get the foam block on its own. This comes in the size 18 inches as well as 24 inches. Malone has foam blocks in different shapes and sizes, depending on your needs. What we have here are the ones with indents towards the middle, because they are perfect for your kayaks, but if you're also trying to bring a stand-up paddleboard, we have some that are straight across, or short and squat if you have your larger boats or larger canoes. Malone SUPSwing Fold Away SUP Storage System Review MPG383- Video
Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer.com. And today, we are looking at our Malone YakSwing Fold Away Kayak Storage System. This is a nice wall-mounted storage system for when you wanna mount your kayaks up to your wall and not have 'em just lyin' around on your garage floor. I have this here with one of our smaller kayaks but this does have 150 pound weight capacity, so that will fit most of your sit-inside and sit-on-top kayaks. This system comes with two arms to carry a single kayak, and I have seen people get multiple sets in order to install kayaks all the way up their wall. Taking a look at the inside of our kayak carrier here, we have this nice foam padding here at the bottom just to help support your kayak, and make sure it doesn't get any extra scuffs and scratches. more

These storage blocks are a great option if you want to keep your kayak, your canoe, your paddleboards, even your surfboards elevated and secure as you store them.When you come home and you want to store your kayak after your long day, your long adventure, if you don't want to be just setting it on the ground where it can roll over or it might be in the way, this is a great option just to keep it elevated and secure on the ground. If you don't have those wall hanging systems and/or you don't want to be lifting your kayaks up there anyways, this is also a good option for you.We have them here on our garage floor and you can see how they help with keeping our kayak in place and secure. But you can also put this on the gravel, outside on your pavement, or even on the beach with the sand around it. Another cool way we've seen people use this is on their docks, and that really helps with keeping your kayak from rolling away while you have it there. more

So this is a great carrier if maybe you have more paddle boards or an oversized kayak that you need to carry on your vehicle. The way this kayak carrier is designed is so that you can fit up to three stand up paddle boards, if you have an oversized canoe, or a deep hole fishing kayak, they fit in here. So it has an adjustable base, which is great because then you can find the best fit for your kayak. We don't have the largest kayak here right now, but even so, it fits in well. And there's a great feature about this is how you can see we don't have straps on our kayak right now, and this is why. more

I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and we're going to be taking a quick look at the Lockrack XL Watersport Carrier.This allows you to haul any kind of bigger watercraft on your roof. It's a pretty big carrier. There's about three different sizes from Lockrack, and this is the biggest, so it'll allow you to haul oversized canoes, deep-hulled fishing kayaks, or stack up to three paddle boards. And should make a pretty great addition to your vehicle to haul those things down the road.The thing that's really unique to the Lockrack system is that it's going to clamp around your gear, so that eliminates the need to have load straps going around everything to cinch it onto the rack. That usually takes a lot of time to get those straps on and get them threaded through everything. more

Now what's great about this transporter is, well, I've been on float trips where I'm there, I'm ready to go, I pick up my kayak, and I realize that the water is about a mile away. So if that has happened to you, this is a great option to get your kayak from the parking lot to the water easily and safely.The hauler has two tires on each side that are strong, sturdy, and made of rubber latex. They also have foam inside these tires so you never have to worry about getting a flat tire. They're held in place by this little pin here that you can use easily. Take them out when you want to uninstall them. more

Now this, as the name suggests, or as you can get from the name, allows you to have kind of five different configurations of this carrier to hold different kinds of watercrafts. So you can hold kayaks, paddleboards, canoes and larger kayaks as well. So it depends on your application or what you're going to be hauling as to how it's going to fit onto your roof rack, but it makes it pretty easy to switch from one to the other and allows you to carry all kinds of different stuff. So I have it just laid out so I have one unit or one carrier. So this would be on one bar of your roof rack just to keep it from being super cluttered.The kit does come with two of everything you see here, as well as the straps for tying down your boat and also the bow and stern straps and enough for two boats. more

Today, we're going to take a look at this Malone Xpresstrx Scupper Style All-Terrain Kayak Cart with the no-flat tires, about a 150 pound weight capacity.Now, lugging a kayak back and forth to the water can usually be a drag, especially if you're out boating often. And additionally, the last thing you want to do after a long day of paddling is haul your boat all the way back to the car, so that's where this cart will come in handy.This is an all-terrain kayak cart, can be adjusted to fit a kayak that has scupper hole widths from 5 1/2 inches apart, all the way out to 23 inches wide, and allows it to fit nearly all the scupper style kayaks that are out there.Now, a scupper style kayak is the sit on top kayaks that have those scupper holes in the bottom, and those scupper holes are designed as a safety feature to drain water out of your kayak from top to bottom. Helps keep you from sitting in a puddle, even a bathtub full of water, which makes it prone to capsizing, so it's nice.As you notice, these are an adjustable mark-proof, rubber padded uprights on the cart, and these are what'll install into those scupper holes in your kayak, and it protects the hull from abrasion, and it will firmly hold the kayak in place during transport.Besides the width, you can see that you can adjust the height. So if you loosen your knob, you can move it up to get the correct height you need, and then once you find the position, once you put in these in the scupper holes, then just tighten these down. more

Adam: What's going on everybody Adam with etrailer. Today we're going to be taking a look at the Malone saddle up pro kayak carrier for your ladder racks. And this is going to be great just to allow you to pretty much have full access to your bed, be able to put all your stuff in the bed of your truck, and also we're not really going to have a whole lot of overhang, depending on the kayak of course, if you've got the really long ones, we might have a little bit of overhang, but this is going to be a great, great way to get your kayaks to and from, if you got a truck, you got a ladder rack, and you'd rather not just throw your kayak in the bed of your truck. You got more gear to bring with you. This is definitely going to solve that problem.So all you really need to be able to use these is obviously a ladder rack and it just needs to have the T-track accessory on top. Just make sure that it has that and you're pretty much ready to go. more

Inno J-Style Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs Review- Video
Colin: Hey everyone, it's Colin here at etrailer, and today we're going to take some time to show you guys the Inno kayak carrier. And this is a J-style carrier that mounts to the roof rack of your vehicle and it's going to allow you to get up to two kayaks loaded so you can haul them to and from the water. What's kind of unique about this J-style carrier is that most of the time when you see a two kayak carrier you have a center mast and you have a kayak on each side. With this one, we have one of our kayaks leaned up against our masts right here, we've got some supporting pads underneath of it, and we have our second kayak with two support pads underneath, leaned up against our first kayak. And then we just get our straps run through and secured and that's one of the nice things about it that I personally like is that it's just one set of straps for both kayaks. With those other ones I talked about, you have one set of straps for each kayak, so it's a lot more to secure.Now I've been working with this carrier all day and one of the things that I really like about it is that we just have that one set of straps to work with. more

These are 18 inches wide, so perfectly suited for surf boards, that are going to wrap around your crossbars and you can see they give us a lot of padding here. Rather than just putting our surf board directly on top of our crossbars or putting lumber or a paddleboard up there, we can offer some protection for the item that we're carrying, but also for our cross bars. more

Thule Surfboard Tailgate Pad Review- Video

Review of Curt Watersport Carriers - Kayak - Paddle Board - C18320- Video
Today we're going to take a look at the Curt J-Style Universal Mount Folding Kayak Carrier with the tie-downs. Now this is an aluminum folding kayak rack that lets you safely transport one kayak on your vehicle's roof. This part will include everything I laid out here on the table: the two kayak holders, the two tie-down straps and a nice large all-weather storage bag to put everything in.Now, these are lightweight, rustproof, aluminum tubing construction. They have a nice black powder coat finish to them and if you notice they have the foam padding at the bottom on the bars right here. And even the very bottom pad is a rubber material so you don't do any damage to your kayak, keeps it from scuffing or scratching it.The rotating arms, they will pivot to fit virtually any size kayak or paddleboard. They have these notch pivot points right here that allow for precise positioning and locking of these arms. more

This cart is going to be designed to help you get your kayak or canoe down onto the beach without having to carry it from your vehicle. They're going to have these nice balloon tires, which are going to help you get down onto the sand when the sand is loose and you couldn't pull any other type of cart because the wheels would dig into the sand. And you're going to notice, as I pull this across the beach, it's going to glide over top of the sand. And because of those wide tires is not going to sink down into the sand. more

Lockrack Adjustable Stand-Up Paddle Board Carrier Review 339-LRSSUPSETX- Video
Jake: Hi guys it's Jake here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at, and I'm gonna show you how to install the Lockrack Single Standup Paddleboard Rack. The main thing that's gonna set this paddleboard carrier apart from others is that you're not gonna have to tie down your paddleboard because it's gonna grip around the sides for those shorter trips and at lower speeds. Now if you get on the highway, I would recommend tying down your paddleboard front and rear just so that you can ensure that your paddleboard is safe when you get to your destination.Other paddleboard carriers you're gonna have to tie off the front and the back of the paddleboard either to your hood or to your bumper in order to ensure that it's gonna stay still. I will add, if you're going at higher speeds Lockrack does recommend tying down the front and rear just for an extra safety precaution.Now what's gonna make this paddleboard carrier a little bit sturdier than others when it comes to clamping down onto your factory or after market roof rack is that it's gonna use four clamps rather than just two like a normal rack would. It's gonna clamp down tight in those four places which is gonna give it that nice solid hold when going over bumps, potholes, or anything like that. more

Review of Malone Watersport Carriers - Kayak,Canoe - MPG519-S- Video
Today we're going to take a look at the Malone Wide Tracks Large Kayak and Canoe Cart.This is an easy way to transport your watercraft or your boat from your vehicle down to the water's edge, especially if you're just traveling by yourself and you don't have somebody else to help you hoist that boat down to the water, you can just load up your kayak or canoe, have all your stuff inside and then just roll this with your kayak or canoe attached down to the water. Makes it a lot easier. Comes with some straps to secure that boat to the frame so you don't have to worry about it flipping or sliding off.Has a little divot in the middle to make that easy, and then this is equipped with the balloon style wheels. These are really great for any time you're going over some kind of softer terrain, mud, sand, gravel, things like that. Has a low pressure so you can see it's got some give there that helps to just give it a little bit more weight disbursement over those softer materials, and also helps to grip onto those surfaces.So, it would work out really well if you're going down to the beach or maybe going down to the river's edge and you know it's going to be kind of silty or sandy there, makes it really easy. I like it.This has a nice aluminum frame. more

Malone FS Bike SUP and Kayak Storage Rack Review- Video
Colin: Hey everyone, I'm Colin here at etrailer.com, and today we're gonna take a look at Malone's Free-Standing Bike, Paddleboard, and Kayak Storage Rack. This rack just makes it nice and easy to declutter your garage, you're gonna be able to get all that stuff off the floor and off the walls from leaning up against it, just get it on a nice, vertical rack so it's out of the way and not taking up too much space.It you're an active person, you've got a lot of bigger equipment like this and it gets hard to store it, this rack is a very nice solution. And kind of a bonus for it is, while it's keeping your stuff nice and stored, nice and organized, it's also gonna keep it out of any harm, so your bikes aren't just leaned up against the wall, could possibly fall over if a vehicle runs into it. Same with your paddleboards and even your kayak is on a set of foam blocks, not making contact with the ground.I'm gonna take a second real quick and go over each part of our kit. With the base rack, at the top we're gonna have the Malone bike holder, which is gonna be two sturdy steel bars with this nice foam wrapping around, that's gonna help protect the wheels of your bike from any type of scratches or abrasions. As you can see, we have it through the spokes of the wheels of our bikes, and we have three on there, that's gonna be the load capacity for it, three bikes with 100-pound total weight capacity.If you have any height restrictions like I do, it kinda gets up there, at the end of the day you might be pretty tired, you don't wanna have to lift your bikes up, especially if they get to be pretty heavy like our mountain bike back here. more
